Wholesale Customer FAQs:​

I love working with fresh local flowers! How do I set up a wholesale account?

Please email us at redhandlefarm@gmail.com to begin approval for a wholesale account.

I would like to receive your availability list.

Our availability list is sent out by email weekly on Monday's. You will begin to receive this automatically after your wholesale account is set up. Please note our inventory listed is current, but also estimated, based on our field walks.  We cut-to-order to ensure you receive the freshest long-lasting blooms! We do reserve the right to include substitutions, but will always reach out to you prior to doing so.

How do I place an order for this week

​Weekly orders/pre-orders can be placed online, by emailing us, or by phone.  Orders placed before noon can be available the next day (weather permitting).

How do I place an order for a future event?

Just reach out! We are happy to enter a reserve order for you for a future date.

How will I receive my flowers​

-Delivery is available M-F with pre-orders.  Our delivery route is typically Blackstone/Farmville/Crewe on Tuesday's & Midlothian/Moseley/Powhatan on Thursday's.

-Farm pick-up is available for our wholesale customers by appt.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is free for orders over $50. Farm-pick up is always free!

​

How long are your stems?

All stems will be 16+ inches unless otherwise noted in the description.  

​

How many stems are in a growers bucket? 

It varies.  We use large 5 gallon buckets (not small florist buckets). Stem count usually ranges from 50-75 stems per bucket. 

​

How many blossoms are in an edible flower box? 

It varies depending on the size of the bloom, however typically 50 fit in a box. 

​

The only choice I see for [the edible flowers] [celosia]  are "Mixed" but I need a specific color.

Don't worry, we work closely with our wholesale customers to get you exactly what you want!

What are my payment options? 

You can chose to pay :

1. Immediately by credit card when ordering

2. At delivery with cash or check

3. Monthly by invoice, payable by check or credit card.
