I love working with fresh local flowers! How do I set up a wholesale account?

I would like to receive your availability list.
You will receive access to our wholesale-only site after your wholesale account is set up. Here you will be able to see what is blooming, what is about to bloom, and what is expected to bloom (& when!), along with all relevant info such as stem length, pricing, etc. We keep this site updated regularly & you can check it any time you'd like - no waiting on availability lists. The date at the top will let you know when it was updated last. Please note our inventory listed is current, but also sometimes estimated in-season, based on our field walks. We cut-to-order to ensure you receive the freshest long-lasting blooms! We do reserve the right to include substitutions, but will always reach out to you prior to doing so.

How do I place an order for this week?
​Weekly orders/pre-orders can be placed/reserved by emailing us, or by phone/text. Orders placed before noon can be available the next day (weather permitting).

How do I place an order for a future event?
Just reach out! We are happy to enter a reserve order for you for a future date. We will keep you updated so that you won't have any last minute surprises or scrambles.

How will I receive my flowers? ​
-Delivery is available M-F with pre-orders. Our delivery route is typically Blackstone/Farmville/Crewe first of the week (Monday or Tuesday) & Midlothian/Moseley/Powhatan mid-week (Wednesday/Thursday)
-Farm pick-up is available for our wholesale customers by appt.

Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free for orders over $60 and within 20 miles. If you are outside of our area, we can discuss alternate arrangements/delivery fees. Farm-pick up is always free!

How long are your stems?
All stems will be 16+ inches unless otherwise noted in the description.

What is a growers bucket and how many stems are in them?
Our grower's buckets are very popular! Depending on what is blooming, we offer bulk buckets at flat rate pricing. They may be offered by single variety, or by a color palette. Stem count will vary based on bloom & stem size, but stem count usually ranges from 50-75 stems per bucket. We typically use 3-5 gallon buckets (not small florist buckets) for these.

The only choice I see for [ranunculus] [yarrow] [celosia] are "Mixed" but I need a specific color.
Don't worry, we work closely with our wholesale customers to get you exactly what you want! ​​

What are my payment options?
You can chose to pay :
1. When ordering by credit card link
2. At delivery with cash or check
3. Monthly by invoice, payable by check or credit card
